Do you believe in truth, justice and the Tooth Fairy?

Hogfather is the Discworld® version of Father Christmas. When the jolly fat man is kidnapped, who is going to make sure that all the good boys and girls get their presents?

Discworld's favourite anthropomorphic personification, Death, decides to take over filling all the stockings. But he needs the help of his granddaughter Susan in order to save the Hogfather. Susan is a governess so she's not afraid of anything. She fights off thieves, assassins, bogeymen and the odd monster under the bed.

Director Sharon Kennedy, Hogfather will take you back to a time of childhood innocence - when the Tooth Fairy always came and Santa was real. This local community production uses the talents of local designers and builders.

Hogfather is Naked Villainy Theatre's tribute to the late Terry Pratchett® whose satirical series set on the Discworld® is beloved by millions all over the world. It follows on from the highly successful production of Mort in 2014. Like Mort, Hogfather is a hugely funny and witty play about human beings and how belief keeps the world turning.
